Adorable Hilda is a collector’s dream! The beautiful 20” infant has a perfect bisque head incised: “M. made in Germany 16. // 245. // J.D.K. Jr. // 1914. // © // Hilda // Ges-gesch No.1070”; head circumference is 15”. Gorgeous honey-blonde finest human baby-hair wig, precious brown glass sleep eyes, feathered brows and super-fine painted lashes all-around, compliment plump rosy cheeks and cheerful smiling open mouth with two teeth plus tongue. Hilda has the Kestner bent-limb tubby-belly baby body, with beautiful original finish and no paint touch-ups. Hilda wears a vintage embroidered batiste baby gown with palest-pink slip, flannelette diaper, and antique bonnet with ruffled lace trim. Altogether a gorgeous infant to treasure, from a non-smoking home!!

14″ Alexander WWII 1943 AMERICAN WAAC All-Original, TAG

In very excellent condition and all-original, this 14” composition American W.A.A.C. from WWII is by Madame Alexander and circa 1943. She has perfect face-paint and rosy cheeks, honey-blonde mohair wig in factory curls, and amber sleep eyes with full upper lashes (very tiny thin craze-lines on legs). Authentically-fashioned WWII uniform retains the rare cap with eagle insignia, leatherette shoulder-bag, lace-up leatherette shoes and rayon knit socks. Jacket has painted brass buttons and is tagged “W.A.A.C. // Madame Alexander // New York // All Rights Reserved”, with matching skirt and attached sleeveless blouse & petticoat, plus lace-hemmed tap-pants underneath. Never played-with or undressed, WAAC comes from a non-smoking home. .

18″ Alexander PRINCESS ELIZABETH -in RIDING Habit c1937

Adorable and hard-to-find in her tagged all-original Riding Costume, Madame Alexander’s 18” composition marked “PRINCESS ELIZABETH // ALEXANDER DOLL CO.” was made in the late-1930s. Elizabeth’s ash-blonde human hair wig is in factory curls, she has feathered brows, full hair upper lashes & painted lower lashes, hazel sleep eyes (eyes oiled), grey eye shadow, subtly pink cheeks and perfect open mouth with teeth. Her composition is excellent and body is jointed at neck, shoulders and hips (1/8” line under each eye; ¼” split at back of head neck-hole). The costume is very excellent and all-original with “Princess Elizabeth” tagged velvet riding jacket, twill jodhpurs with attached cap-sleeve dimity blouse & cerise grosgrain tie, rayon socks and side-snap oilcloth ankle-boots, plus original felt hat. An authentic riding crop was made for her and she comes from a non-smoking home. .
